Terms and Conditions for Gift Card Use
1. In-Person Gift Cards:
In-person gift cards must be presented physically to a staff member at The Common at the start of the meal.
Staff will verify the gift card’s validity upon presentation.
In-person gift cards can only be used for dining in person and cannot be redeemed online.
The Common reserves the right to refuse any in-person gift card that shows signs of tampering or fraud.
2. Digital Gift Cards:
Digital gift cards must be presented on a mobile phone or printed out when dining in person.
For online orders, enter the gift card redemption code at checkout.
Digital gift cards can only be used for online orders and cannot be redeemed for in-person dining.
Staff will verify the digital gift card’s validity upon presentation or during the online checkout process.
3. General Conditions:
Gift cards are valid only at The Common and may not be used at any other location or business.
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
4. Expiration:
Gift cards do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Fraud Prevention:
The Common reserves the right to cancel any gift card or suspend its use if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or misuse.
6. Modification of Terms:
The Common reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Common is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
